Before turning my hand to coaching dentists and their dental practices, I created The Ultimate Dental Experience ™ in my own dental practice, which I owned and operated for 28 years.
With The Ultimate Patient Experience™ my team and I grew what began as a small two-room dental office in a low-income suburb of Sydney, Australia into the area’s premier dental practice, with an annual production of $3.4M.
I sold this thriving business in 2007 for what eventually ended up being more than $4M…. and in 2012 I embarked on a coaching career teaching my successful strategies to dentists all over the world.
Sadly in 2017, I retired myself from clinical dentistry due to chronic arthritis in my thumbs and hands… fortunately though, coaching dental practices to be better has allowed me an opportunity to “give back” to the profession that was always so good to me.
I am also the author of the Amazon best-selling book How To Build The Dental Practice of Your Dreams [Without Killing Yourself] in Less Than Sixty Days! And I have published over 1200 blog articles and print articles.
